Turmeric treats most of the ills that we suffer from, including muscle spasms, wounds, indigestion, trouble breathing, skin conditions, liver problems, sprains, infections, inflammation … the list goes on and even includes cancer!
Curcumin is the key ingredient since it’s a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. And it inhibits the growth of pathogens in our bodies. It prevents gastritis, peptic and gastric ulcers and H. pylori. Additionally, it relieves the symptoms of osteoarthritis. Curcumin has a positive influence on the DNA of cells and their survival, calming the molecules that cause inflammation.
Another ingredient of turmeric, turmerone, gives a boost to brain function, repairs neurons, and fights dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
In order to prepare a natural turmeric antibiotic, you’ll need these items:
– One tablespoon of turmeric
– 100 grams of organic honey
Mix the two ingredients in a glass jar.
Then, take half a teaspoon of it every hour to fight the flu. Don’t swallow it; let it melt in your mouth.
On the second day, do the same every two hours. And do the same three times a day after that for as long as you like!
